The menu is built around gel. Solid color gel includes three colors, and gel and extension services can be refilled with a solid color. Regular manicures come with or without color, and a men's care service is offered. Gel removal can be done for clients of the salon at a lower price, or for clients coming from other salons at a higher one. Removal of powder gel, hard gel and acrylic is also available, though the salon does not offer acrylic services.

The special gel art menu is the salon's most detailed offering. Bronze and Silver specials cover complicated designs on a few nails and can be done in one color, with a French or ombre base. The Diamond Special is a detailed design on all ten fingers, and Ayumi will draw any design a client asks for on it.

Clients who want something beyond the standard menu can ask about custom nail tips for delivery and custom artwork for nail closings, accessories and sneakers. The salon also sells eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount.

To keep bookings honest, the salon collects card information when an appointment is made. The card is not charged until the client visits. Current clients receive 10% off when they refer a new client who books and completes an appointment.
