The pedicure lounge is the centerpiece of the space: plush red massage chairs with white piping, crystal soaking bowls that are cleaned and lined for each guest, and marble floors. Each chair is set up for steamer pedicures and hot stone massage. The salon describes the room as the prettiest pedicure room in Norcross. A parent can book a pedicure beside a child, and the two are seated side by side. Guests can pair a visit with dinner in downtown Norcross.

The pedicure menu has seven services, from a Basic Pedicure to the 24K Royal. Every pedicure includes a warm soak, callus care, a massage chair, a foot massage and a choice of polish or gel. The steamer versions add a scent-matched or rose soak, a sugar scrub and mask, and a hot stone or candle oil massage. The 24K Royal, which the salon calls its most luxurious ritual, adds a sea salt and rose soak, a golden sugar scrub, a gold mask with gold serum, paraffin, a 25-minute hot stone and candle oil massage and a 10-minute back massage. Pedicures run from about 30 minutes for the Basic to about 75 minutes for the 24K Royal.

Hygiene is covered in a few specific ways. Each pedicure uses a single-use kit of files, buffers and liners, and metal tools are sanitized and sterilized after every use. Gel manicures, gel pedicures, acrylic and Gel X services carry a 5-day guarantee against lifting, chipping, cracking or breaking. The guarantee does not cover regular polish or color and design changes.

Beyond pedicures, the salon offers manicures, Gel X, builder gel, dip powder, acrylic and pink and white sets, ombre, kids services, eyelash extensions, waxing and brows, and Japanese head spa services.
