Booking takes a deposit that is non-refundable but credited toward the service, and the remaining balance is collected on the day of the visit. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours ahead without losing the deposit. Cancelling within 48 hours incurs a fee of half the service cost, charged to the card on file. A no-call, no-show results in the full remaining balance being charged to the card on file and no future booking. A 10-minute grace period applies before an appointment is cancelled.

Guests are not allowed to accompany clients during appointments. Clients coming from another artist who did not have their lashes done here should text or email the business photos of their current work before booking a fill. Fills of lashes applied by another artist take longer than menu times, cost extra, and may require full removal if the previous work is not clean or up to standard.

Class deposits are non-refundable, so people interested in training should ask their questions before booking.
