The practice is built around The Allure Method, a trademarked philosophy that values proportion, harmony and restraint. The approach is conservative and safety-first, with a focus on natural facial balancing. Every provider is personally trained in the method, so the approach is the same no matter which provider a client sees. Treatments are delivered by licensed providers.

A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation, where a provider reviews goals and recommends treatments, or none at all. Most treatments take 15 to 60 minutes: injectables typically take 15 to 30 minutes, while facials and resurfacing usually take 45 to 60. Injectables commonly cause mild swelling, tenderness or possible bruising for 24 to 72 hours. Laser sessions are preceded by about 30 minutes of topical numbing, and each patient's Fitzpatrick skin type is assessed so settings can be chosen for their skin tone. Facials use medical-grade products. The business describes its HydraFacial MD as using patented vortex technology, and describes its wrinkle relaxer as FDA-approved.

Peptide and GLP-1 programs are prescription therapies. Each protocol is prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider and begins with a complimentary initial consultation with no obligation. Existing peptide patients can reorder through the peptide refill page without a new consultation, though protocol changes require a follow-up consult. Monthly peptide subscriptions carry 10% savings when enrolled.

The A-List memberships come in two tiers. Classic is $150 per month and Ultimate is $300 per month, and dues are returned as a monthly treatment credit that rolls over and does not expire. Members receive percentage savings on wrinkle relaxer and esthetician services, plus a dollar discount on fillers. Classic includes one complimentary LED treatment each month, while Ultimate adds savings on laser and skincare and one complimentary dermaplane or jelly mask each month. Memberships are limited in number. Financing is available through Cherry, and Affirm and Klarna are accepted in the studio. All payments are final and non-refundable under the patient consent forms.
