The suites are fully furnished and sound-insulated, with 10-foot ceilings, full-spectrum warm LED lighting and modern upscale cabinetry. Each suite includes shampoo bowls, cabinets and, for nail work, pedicure chairs. Wi-Fi, electricity, water and on-site laundry are included, and clients have 24/7 access. A walk-in kiosk or check-in station is on site.

Professionals can lease a suite on their own or through a shared suite plan for operating alongside a business partner or friend. Renters who want to own a suite can join the A-List program, which the site calls a SuiteSpace. The business says hundreds of A-List professionals have already joined.
