Brow services range from a wax and shape to tweezing only, which is offered to clients using exfoliating skincare such as retinoids, AHA, BHA or Accutane. Brow lamination can be booked alone or as a longer appointment that adds a wax or mapping, a hybrid tint and shaping.

Full sets include a full-size lash shampoo for first-time clients. If fewer than 40% of extensions remain at a fill-in, the visit is charged as a full set. New clients pay a deposit on several services. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arriving later cancels the appointment with a full no-show fee. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Shorter notice incurs a 50% fee, and retainers are not refunded. Clients whose payment method is declined are blocked from booking until the balance is paid. The salon is open Wednesday 10:30 AM to 3 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM.
