Each visit is one-on-one with the same provider rather than a rotating staff, and providers can share one care plan for a client. Every first appointment starts with an assessment of history, movement and goals, after which the provider recommends a combination of services.

Care is directed at spinal pain, headaches, sports injuries, chronic pain, stress conditions, and recovery before or after surgery, along with nerve and neurological concerns. The clinic also gives second opinions on a diagnosis or treatment plan and handles car accident and work injury care.
