Allen May Solutions works with clients on hair replacement, from the first consultation through fitting and ongoing maintenance of a hair system. The business is located on Plymouth Road in Livonia and handles hair systems for both applying and servicing.

Each visit is private. Services and consultations take place one on one, and clients do not see or interact with other customers or members of the public. Individual waiting rooms are provided for the same reason.

Hair systems are built on a thin skin base, under a millimeter thick, with human hair grafted onto it. The hair is matched to the client's color, thickness, length and wave, and the system is cut to the client's own hair loss pattern before it is applied with medical adhesive, tape or clips. Application takes about 30 to 40 minutes.

Systems are removed, cleaned and reapplied every three to four weeks, and removal is done only at the business's facility. The business states that customer confidence and satisfaction come first. Appointments can be booked around the clock, every day of the year, and the business says it is fully licensed and insured.

The business builds each hair system around the client's own hair loss pattern, color and texture, and works through each service individually in a private setting.
