Extensions are a core part of the menu, with traditional sew-ins, braidless sew-ins using a beaded weft, and I-tip extensions placed strand by strand for added length and volume. Hair color covers single process color, dimensional color using two or more shades, and blonde work that depends on the condition and color history of the hair. Smoothing and styling options include a no-chemical smoothing service and a longer-lasting amino-acid smoothing system.

Clients book online with a valid credit card on file. Most services do not require a deposit at scheduling. New clients booking color or extensions must complete a consultation first, and new guests start with a digital consultation form, after which the stylist follows up by email to schedule. Requests are approved or declined within 24 hours. Changes are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment, while later cancellations carry a fee of half the total services, and day-of cancellations or no-call no-shows carry the full amount. Appointments outside regular hours carry an upcharge and are requested by email, and a waitlist fills dates that show no openings. Services not listed can be asked about by email on weekdays.
