New guests begin with a short first-time visit of about 15 minutes that covers an evaluation, goal setting and a treatment plan. The Fighters First Facial, which runs about 1 hour 15 minutes, is the entry point for first-time guests, and the advanced layer peel is offered only after that facial. Guests on an active treatment plan can book a 30-minute lunchtime peel.

Facials range from a 30-minute mini facial with double cleansing, evaluation, double exfoliation and serum, to a back facial, a dermaplaning facial, a restoring facial, a microdermabrasion mini facial and a facial combined with nano needling. Microneedling and scar revision are also offered, with scar revision sold as a package of three 45-minute sessions spaced about three weeks apart.

The salon describes its treatment room as calm and relaxing. Clients are asked to silence and store their phones during treatments, and children are not permitted in the salon.

Treatments are customized after a consultation, with a focus on clean products and honest feedback from the client.
