The lash menu includes four full-set styles: Ultra Classic, Beyond Classic, Volume, and Mega Volume. A visit within 14 days of the last lash service gets a standard fill, a return from day 15 through day 20 gets the three-week fill, and anything later requires a full set. Fills keep roughly 40 to 50 percent of a client's natural lashes intact. The salon says its Mega Volume set tends to last the longest because every natural lash is extended. Lash removal is performed by a trained professional.
Brow services cover clean up, tinting, henna, and shading, plus a combined tinting and clean up option. Brow henna begins with a clean up using wax, razor, or tweezing, then exfoliation and cleansing before the henna goes on, and the stain is expected to last 6 to 13 days depending on skin type. Tinting with clean up lasts up to 6 to 10 days, also depending on skin type. Brow clean up can include light pencil shading and a gel finish intended to hold for at least 24 hours. Ombre powder brows are offered as permanent makeup. The makeup service is a natural glam look that does not include strip lashes; clients can add a top tier mink strip for $10.
The salon also teaches and sells. Lash extension courses include a Classic Lash Beginners Course (5 hours, $750) and a Lash Refresher Course (2 hours 30 minutes, $300). Aftercare kits with an aftercare card, lash shampoo, and a cashmere lash shampoo brush can be bought in the salon, and lash and hair products are sold as well.
Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, or foundation, to avoid caffeine, and to skip strip lashes for a few days. Fills booked with a foreign lash set are not accepted. A deposit secures the booking, and the remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment. Rescheduling is free if made at least 35 hours ahead on the booking site, with the deposit transferred; later changes forfeit the deposit and require a new booking, and same-day cancellations are charged the full service fee. Hours are Monday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
