The menu covers highlights in several sizes, toner and glaze, root touch-ups, all-over color, and creative color. Extensions include a full install, move-ups every four weeks or so, and re-installs. Haircuts range from bang trims and kids cuts for children 10 and under to women's cuts and treatment haircuts. Styling includes essential and signature blow outs and formal styling, and treatments include keratin, QiQi straightening and several bonding and mineral-removal options.

Hours are Monday 12 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday 3 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Sundays. New clients pay a deposit that varies by service. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations, no-shows, and arrivals 15 or more minutes late without notice can incur a 50% fee. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
