Services run from a 15-minute bottoms appointment to a two-hour full set, so clients can book whatever stage of their lash routine they are at.
Appointments are booked online through the business's booking page. Refills are scheduled by time since the last visit: one week, two weeks or three weeks after the previous appointment. Each refill option has a minimum share of lashes that must still be in place, so the right fill-in depends on how many remain.
For clients whose lashes were applied by another artist, a foreign fill-in is offered. It is a 1 hour 40 minute refill over that work and requires at least 40% of lashes remaining.
Eyelash removal is also available as a separate 30-minute service, for clients who want their extensions taken off.
