Waxing is the core of the menu. Hair removal is available for the face, brows, lip, chin, ears, nose, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, bikini and Brazilian areas, with a separate men's Brazilian. The studio uses Mermaid Wax, a hard wax it describes as hypoallergenic and free of allergens, scents, resin and added ingredients. Waxing is offered to all genders, and clients with sensitive skin are welcome as long as they mention concerns to staff. Anyone with a skin condition is advised to see a dermatologist before waxing. Hair should have grown about three to four weeks, roughly a quarter inch long, and visits are recommended every four to six weeks. Retinol-based products should be stopped two weeks before a wax.

Facial services include an oxygen infused facial, a purifying facial that is designed around a skin analysis, a dermaplane facial, a custom facial shaped by a consultation, and a vajacial for the intimate area that uses steam, extractions and a mask. Facials run about 50 minutes and include a light neck and shoulder massage. Skincare services are performed by a licensed esthetician who is certified in chemical peels and dermaplaning. The studio carries PFB Vanish and IMAGE Skincare lines and sells pre and post care products on site.

Packages suit clients who return regularly. A Brazilian package gives a fourth wax free after three are bought upfront, and a dermaplane package gives a third facial free after two. Bundles pair a Brazilian with eyebrows, a jelly mask, an underarm wax or a vajacial, and the Smooth AF bundle adds an aftercare kit with an ingrown prevention spray or scrub and oil. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, and the Brazilian package is paid in full at purchase. A 3.5 percent convenience fee applies to credit card payments.

The studio says it uses the highest quality wax and skincare products available and describes its skincare lines as physician formulated.
