The facials menu runs from a 25-minute lunchtime facial to HydraFacials, enzyme and oxygen treatments, Vi Peels, ZO Skin peels and signature facials, including a gentlemen's facial and a basic facial for teens ages 8 to 13. The business describes this menu as one of the most comprehensive in the area. Facials are performed by trained skincare professionals using medical-grade products from ZO Skin Health and IMAGE, and the business states its estheticians are licensed. Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the treatment, and the facial booking fee is $45.

Injectable and neurotoxin services begin with a private consultation alongside a licensed nurse, who reviews the client's medical background and drafts a tailored treatment plan, with follow-up appointments to track progress. Body sculpting combines non-invasive treatments such as ultrasonic cavitation, radiofrequency, wood therapy, vacuum contouring (also called cellulite treatment), lymphatic drainage, infrared sauna blankets and detox wraps with post-operative care, including lymphatic chin massage and ultrasound sessions. The business says its certified therapists deliver post-operative care and that it uses FDA-cleared devices for fat reduction, skin tightening and cellulite improvement. Post-op clients are asked to bring surgeon clearance and any compression garments, and cavitation and radiofrequency clients are asked to arrive with clean skin and no lotion.

Training courses are aimed at beauty and wellness professionals. The eight-hour Aesthetic Injectable Training, priced at $3,800, covers facial anatomy, neurotoxin and filler technique, dosage and dilution, and safety, with supervised hands-on injection practice and a certificate on completion. The eight-hour Body Sculpting Training, also $3,800, combines classroom theory with hands-on practice and covers consultation, contraindications, sanitation, treatment protocols and aftercare, with a certificate of completion included. The injectable course is limited to small classes and includes post-course mentorship.

Treatments are customized through a consultation that covers facial anatomy, goals and medical history. Injectables, IV therapy and vitamin treatments are given by licensed providers.

Treatments take place in a clinical spa setting, and IV and vitamin services are given using sterile technique.
