The spa states they are free of parabens and phthalates and are nut-free.

The spa is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. Appointments can be booked online. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, since late arrivals shorten the treatment and services end on schedule. New clients provide a credit card to hold their time, and changes are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Clients with allergies should mention them to their esthetician, and phones are kept away during treatments. A 20% gratuity is customary, though tipping is up to the client. Spa gift certificates are available in person or by email.

Facials start with a skin analysis about five minutes in, and the esthetician chooses the facial from what that shows. The spa recommends a facial every four to six weeks. The Calming Hydrating Facial and the Gentleman's Facial are each 90 minutes at $150. The Purifying Back Facial, also called a Bacial, is a 60-minute back treatment at $150 that includes steaming, an exfoliating scrub, extractions and a choice of moisturizing or pore-minimizing clay mask. Other facials on the menu include the Brightening Brazilian, Firming Cocoa Bean, Firming and Injection-Like Peel facials.

Technical treatments include the Oxygen Skin Treatment, which uses the ECHO2 Oxygen Infusing Treatment System and begins with a facial skin analysis, cleansing and light exfoliation; the spa says the system combines pure oxygen with 87 vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids. Micro Mist Facial is an oxygen-based facial at $150 for 90 minutes. LightStim for Wrinkles is a 75-minute LED light treatment at $150 for fine lines and wrinkles, and the spa states the device is FDA cleared to treat wrinkles across the entire face. Clients can also buy a handheld LightStim device to use at home. Microdermabrasion takes about thirty minutes and is offered alone, with a specialized mask at $175, or in series of 3 ($475) or 6 ($840), with 20% off the six-treatment series when paid upfront.

Waxing is offered for women and men with separate price lists, and the spa uses hard wax for hair removal, including on the ear and nostril areas. Its Nufree strip formula is soy-based, botanical, beeswax-free and free of sugar, preservatives and fragrance, and the spa says it suits all body parts and skin types and was developed for sensitive skin. A fresh spatula is used each time it touches a client's skin and is never dipped back into the pot. Clients should wait at least two weeks after shaving before booking, and four to six weeks between sessions is the usual interval. The spa says results typically last four to six weeks for most men. Full body waxing is $395 and takes about 3.5 to 4.5 hours.
