Every new client starts with a one-on-one consultation about their skin, aesthetic goals and health goals. Consultations run 30 to 45 minutes for CoolSculpting, CO2 laser, general skin, injectables and wellness, and consultation is required before weight loss and wellness treatments. Follow-up visits of 15 to 30 minutes are used after filler, neurotoxin, peptide, testosterone and weight loss injection treatments. The team is also set up to add lip blushing and powder brows, semi-permanent makeup that typically lasts two to three years.

Botox Cosmetic is a prescription medicine approved by the FDA for moderate to severe frown lines, forehead wrinkles and crow's feet in healthy adults. An appointment usually runs 10 to 20 minutes, involves a brief mild pinch and carries little recovery time. Visible change generally starts within three to seven days and typically lasts three to four months. Before treatment, clients are checked for any past reaction to botulinum toxin, certain nerve disorders, and infection at the planned injection site. Afterward, clients should remain upright for a minimum of four hours and skip intense physical activity for one full day. Mild bruising, or a temporary headache or flu-like feeling, may occur and typically resolves within 24 to 48 hours.
