Ketamine therapy is one of its main areas. Treatment is offered by IV infusion, intramuscular (IM) injection, and Spravato, a nasal spray that is taken in the office under medical supervision and cannot be taken home. Every course starts with an initial evaluation covering symptoms, treatment history and goals before a ketamine option is chosen. A standard IV course is six initial infusions over two to three weeks, then maintenance as needed; an IV session runs about 40 minutes through a small line, while IM is a shorter injection into muscle. Spravato sessions last about 20 minutes plus a monitoring period, and the usual schedule begins with twice-weekly sessions for four weeks, then weekly or biweekly maintenance. Clients need a ride home after ketamine treatment.

Regulatory status is stated plainly on the site. Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic, and its other uses listed here are off-label, including IV ketamine for psychiatric or pain conditions. Spravato was FDA-approved in 2019 for treatment-resistant depression, and the clinic states it is the only ketamine-based product approved specifically for that use. Spravato is more likely to be covered by insurance than off-label IV or IM ketamine, though coverage is not guaranteed.

Beyond ketamine, the clinic offers aesthetic and skin services such as Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau, fillers, Kybella, Plasma IQ and Plasma IQ Pen, microneedling with PRP, dermaplaning, facials, chemical peels, intense pulsed light and the Hollywood Facial. Hormone replacement programs are offered separately for men and women, with women's programs covering perimenopause and menopause; plans are built on confirmed bloodwork and adjusted as the patient responds. Weight loss plans are tailored to health history, lifestyle and goals and combine medications such as Semaglutide, with phentermine and lipotropic injections such as SkinnyShot and Methionine Inositol Choline also available. The clinic notes that SkinnyShot and MIC are not standalone weight loss treatments.
