Every client starts with a personalized consultation, which is required before any treatment is booked. The number of sessions depends on the concern, the treatment, how the skin responds and the client's goals, so a plan is put together after that visit. The studio says it avoids recommending procedures that aren't needed and will say so when a treatment isn't a good fit.

The studio offers several groups of services: a corrective program for melasma and dark spots, a set of Korean skin rituals that range from facials to advanced treatments, body and intimate brightening, scar and stretch mark camouflage, and 3D areola work. Areola restoration includes a private consultation, custom pigment matching and a touch-up 6 to 8 weeks after the first session. Clients who have had a mastectomy or breast reconstruction may be eligible for complimentary 3D areola restoration through the studio's Giving Back initiative, and those with post-mastectomy or recent breast surgery need written medical clearance from a plastic surgeon or oncologist.

Some services have limits. Paramedical micropigmentation and inkless revision are not done for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and active keloid scars are not treated with paramedical micropigmentation.
