Hair extensions are a large part of the menu. K-Tip installs come in soft volume (100g), volume and length (150g) and ultimate glam (200g) versions, with each install built from custom color and bonds and recommended maintenance every 3.5 to 4 months. Concealed Express extensions are sewn-in weft extensions with hidden attachment points, and a consultation is required before the first installation. Clients who already own clip-ins can have them added after a wash and blow-dry, and extension removal and re-installs are also available.

Booking details are straightforward. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays and keeps shorter hours on other days. Appointments can be cancelled within 24 hours. Some services ask for a deposit when booking, ranging from $10 for a consultation to $1,000 for the largest K-Tip install. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
