Brow work includes microshading, which combines hairlike strokes at the front of the brow with a powder-style ombre finish toward the tail, and ombre brows, a machine-applied pigment in the upper layers of skin with darker tails. Lip services include lip blush, which enhances natural lip color with definition and even coverage, and luscious lip blush.

For lips that show uneven undertone, the studio offers half-lip neutralization, which can be done on the top or bottom lip depending on the client's preference, and dark lip neutralization, which uses color science to address hyperpigmentation in the lip undertone and may take two to three sessions. A brow and lip combo lets clients book both in one appointment.

Returning clients can book maintenance: yearly brow maintenance, a two-year brow maintenance option, and a yearly lip touch-up. An initial brow touch-up is reserved for previous clients and is booked six to eight weeks after the first appointment, and it is not offered to first-time clients in Minnesota.

The studio also runs a three-day private training course in lip blush and neutralization and another in ombre brows, each 15 hours. Courses include a training manual, a complete kit and machine, and a certificate of completion, and cover brow or lip mapping, color theory, needle selection, sanitation, safety and biohazards, and consent forms. Booking is done through an online scheduling page, which also shows gift card balances.

Work is built around color science, with set session counts for lip neutralization and maintenance schedules for returning clients.
