Permanent makeup covers micro tattoo, tattoo freckles, henna freckles, microshading, and touch ups booked by how long ago the original procedure was done. A permanent makeup patch test comes first, with the procedure starting about four weeks later. Permanent makeup is paid in cash only, with a non-refundable deposit of $50 to $100.
Clients text rather than call, and direct messages are not used. A non-refundable deposit confirms each appointment. First-time clients complete a consent form by midnight the day before. Lash clients come with a clean face and no eye makeup, contact lenses out, and no caffeine beforehand.
Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, or a new deposit is required. A no-call, no-show is charged half the service fee and must be rebooked. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which a $5 late fee applies, and after 15 minutes the appointment may be cancelled or charged a $10 late fee. Refunds are not given, but faults found within 48 hours are fixed as a touch up, and later faults are treated as a Quick Fill.
Payment is accepted by cash or Zelle with no fee, Cash App, and Apple Pay with a small fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Thursday 11:30 AM to 9 PM, Tuesday the same, Friday 11:30 AM to 8 PM, Sunday 12 PM to 7 PM, and the studio is closed Wednesday and Saturday.
Lash work is planned around each client's natural lashes, since curl, fullness and eye shape vary, so exact styles are not guaranteed. Patch tests are offered for clients concerned about allergic reactions.
