ALI THE NAIL TECH operates from Suite 202 at 10630 Downey Ave in Downey, California. Ali Gonzalez owns the business and works as its nail technician. Visits are by appointment only, and the menu covers nail art, French tips, solid color sets and removal.

Booking requires a card on file and a $50 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total. The remaining balance is paid at the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $100, $150, $200 and $250 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Nail art is charged at $70 per hour in 30-minute increments, starting at $140. Sets often take two to four hours depending on design complexity, and bookings typically run from $140 to $280 or more. Every set begins with a full dry manicure, prepping, gel extension or hard gel application, shaping and filing before the custom art. Designs may include 3D work, character art, charms, gems, ombré, airbrush, freestyle and inspired sets. Clients are asked to send design inspiration as early as possible.

French tip and solid color services begin with the same dry manicure, prep, extension, shaping and filing steps. French tips start at $110 and take 150 minutes or more, with a base color of choice and a French tip on all 10 nails. Solid color starts at $90 and takes 120 minutes or more, with one base color. Extra charms or art on either service are booked as nail art and priced separately. Removal costs $25 and takes 40 minutes, and it can only be added to a solid color or French tip service.

Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows without notice are charged 50% of the service, and arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. Repairs are accepted within 3 days at $15 to $25 per nail and are not refunded. Extra guests and children are not allowed unless pre-approved. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday 2 PM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
