The studio aims to enhance what clients already have in a comfortable, respectful space. Each appointment is given time, with attention to precision and detail, and the products used are described as clean and high quality.

Brow services include tinting, sculpting and mapping, waxing, and brow lamination, which lifts brows for a fuller-looking everyday result. Full Brow combines lamination, tint and sculpt. Lash services include a tint that darkens and defines natural lashes, a lift that lifts and curls them, and a full lash treatment that pairs a lift with a tint.

Facials range from a teen and young adult option to a hydrating facial, a customized facial tailored to individual skincare needs, and an acne targeting facial aimed at breakouts. Waxing covers the chin and upper lip, and a full face bundle covers the eyebrows, upper lip and chin.

Clients can text (704) 453-0619 with questions. The studio is open Tuesday and Sunday from 2 to 9 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits are required for some services and are applied to the total, but are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. A card may be kept on file for select services and is charged only for cancellation policy violations. Future appointments may require full prepayment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.

Appointments are kept unhurried, with close attention to precision and detail. The aim is to bring out clients' own features in a relaxed, respectful setting.
