Alfred Kelly owns the salon and works as a master hairstylist, with over 30 years in the hair industry. Extensions are a particular focus, and his cutting and color work ranges from classic, conservative looks to bold, vibrant shades. Rachel Young brings 25 years of experience, with a focus on platinum blonding, gray blending, pixie cuts and razor cuts. She has completed over 100 hours of education at Bumble and Bumble University in New York City, along with advanced courses across the country. She also works well with children of all ages and offers a Child's Cut for children nine and under, priced by time and product used.

Cutting services range from bang and beard trims to gentlemen's haircuts, blowdries, cleanse, cut and style services, wig styling, and formal hair for special occasions. Color options include glosses, men's color that blends or covers gray, corrective color, high lift blonding, foils and balayage. Extensions use Great Lengths GL Pre-Bonded hair, which the salon describes as applied invisibly and lasting four to six months with appropriate care. Waxing covers the eyebrows, lip, chin, nose and ears.

Consultations are $30 at ALFRED KELLY Salon, and that fee is applied to the service when it is scheduled. Extension consultations start at $50, and Rachel offers a 15-minute consultation at no charge to talk through hair goals. Services are priced by time and product used and are subject to change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are free; cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Gift cards are valid for services and products with Alfred only. Buying three or more retail products brings 20% off the whole retail purchase. Booking-site hours are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 6:00, with Monday, Wednesday and Sunday closed.
