Alexis describes her goal as helping each client feel more confident through a personalized experience, and the menu is set up so that services can be booked on their own or combined. Color correction is handled by consultation first, since it is priced by the hour and needs more time.

Beyond color, the menu includes men's, women's and children's cuts, a wash-and-style blowout, and a Brazilian Blowout treatment for frizz and shine. Brow and lip waxing are available as single services or as a combined appointment.

Scheduling is set around Tuesday through Saturday. New clients are asked for a deposit that varies by service, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 75% fee. Guests who arrive late get a short grace period, after which the service may be shortened.
