Alexis K was founded by Alexis K Ayala, a clinical esthetician and brow artist, with the aim of offering a high-end experience built on authenticity. The business describes its goal as making luxury-level services within reach for everyday women, and it lists a wide range of clients, from busy professionals and stay-at-home mothers to college students, brides-to-be, skincare beginners, mature women and entrepreneurs.

Services are grouped into Brow Care, Skincare Treatments and Packages. Booking follows a few clear rules. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice carry a 50% service charge, applied to the card on file or taken from a gift certificate, and a no-show or no-call incurs the full charge. Clients are asked to arrive at least five minutes early, since late arrivals may lose their appointment. Clients under 18 need an accompanying adult or a signed consent form, pets are not permitted, and trained service animals with the right paperwork are welcome.

Unused, unopened products can be exchanged or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase; opened or used products cannot be exchanged, and refunds are not currently offered.
