Alexandra completed an esthetics certificate at Gadsden State Community College in May 2022 and then started training in sugaring. Earlier work in Shelby County, including a return to sugaring after time away from the field, helped build her skincare knowledge. The site says she wants to serve the Oneonta community and is adding a new service there.

Booking is through the studio's Glossgenius page. New clients booking The Calming Remedy Facial or The Rejuvenating (Anti Aging) Facial pay a $25 deposit. Cancellations at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee, while later cancellations are charged half the service price. A no-show is charged the full service price once the fifteen-minute grace period has passed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Facials are matched to the skin concern, such as sensitivity, acne, or signs of aging, and hair removal is done with sugar paste.
