Alexandra Laser Skincare works out of two Massachusetts clinics: one at 270 Babcock Street in Boston, near Boston University and a short walk from the T, and one at 815 Washington Street in Newton Center, which has parking. The business says it has been providing laser hair removal in the Boston area for more than ten years and that its staff together have over fifty years of experience as licensed electrologists, laser technicians, and aesthetic practitioners. It serves clients from Brookline, Allston, Brighton, Cambridge, Somerville, Chestnut Hill, and the wider Boston and MetroWest area.

Hair removal is the core of the practice. Laser hair removal is offered on the face, arms and underarms, legs, bikini area, back and body, and small areas such as fingers and toes. The clinic uses the GentleMax Pro Plus system, which combines 755nm Alexandrite and 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelengths, and it offers electrolysis with the Apilus system for individual hairs, including blonde, grey, red, and white hair. Electrolysis is also used for small areas like the chin, upper lip, and between the brows, and for finishing work after laser. Hair growing through tattooed skin can be treated with electrolysis, which laser cannot do.

Beyond hair removal, the clinic offers a range of skin and body treatments. Facials include the Signature, Deluxe, and Platinum HydraFacial, along with Glacé hydrodermabrasion in mini and signature versions. Resurfacing and rejuvenation options include IPL photofacial on the Nordlys platform, fractional laser treatments, Sublime and Sublative radiofrequency treatments, microneedling with the Exceed system, and VelaShape III body contouring. Treatment plans are customized to each client's goals and to their skin and hair, and combinations of these services can be designed together.

First-time clients complete a consent form and medical history form before their first visit. Services are paid per session, and the clinic does not require packages, prepayment, or subscriptions.
