A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation of about 30 minutes to talk through hair goals and plans for future appointments. New color clients also fill out a form covering chemical services from the past three years, current color, texture and length, how often they plan to color, and their short- and long-term goals. A consultation is required before a first balayage or vivid color.

The color menu covers retouches for new growth, which include grey coverage, at $83 and a luxury retouch at $120 that adds a blending glaze to refresh the whole color. A luxury retouch with dimension at $170 is an all-over refresh with highlights for depth. Partial highlights are $100 and full highlights are $140, and a toning glaze may be needed to reach the desired shade. The glaze add-on is $45.

Haircuts include a women's cut at $70, which takes about an hour and includes shampoo, scalp massage and a blow dry, and a men's cut at $43, which includes shampoo, scalp massage and a hot towel. An undercut with design is $37, and a shampoo and style is $55. A custom hair mask at $23 can be added to a cut or color, and facial waxing at $23 covers brows, lip and similar areas.

The studio is open Wednesday from 9am to 9pm, Thursday and Friday from 11am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Brides are invited to book a consultation to plan wedding-day looks.

Each color and cut starts with a conversation about the client's hair history and goals, with the aim of strong color results while protecting hair health.
