Before any procedure, patients meet with the practice for a consultation that reviews their overall health and medical background, what they hope to achieve, the treatment choices available, possible risks, the recovery period and expected costs. Those who cannot visit in person may book a virtual consultation, filling out a questionnaire and sending photos ahead of time. After the consultation, patients receive a detailed cost estimate, and the treatment plan is settled before a surgery date is booked. Surgery can be done under local anesthesia, IV sedation or general anesthesia, and the anesthesia is administered by board-certified anesthesiologists from Good Samaritan Hospital. Registered nurses attend each patient individually in the operating room and in recovery. Nursing support after surgery can be set up at the patient's home or at a nearby facility. Follow-up appointments are held at the practice once the early healing phase has ended.

Pricing is shared as starting points. Costs depend on the surgical technique, complexity, any combined procedures, surgeon's fees, anesthesia and facility fees, and pre- and post-operative expenses. The practice accepts new patients and participates with Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare, and it runs a loyalty program.
