The studio concentrates on lashes and brows in Dallas. It is operated by Alexandra Beauty & Academy LLC, which pairs client appointments with teaching, and lash extension and brow design work is led by Alexandra Torrellas.

Appointments are booked through the website calendar, and the deposit is arranged over WhatsApp after booking. Clients can also reach the studio by phone or email. Payment can be made by Visa, American Express, Discover, or through Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm.

The lash menu includes classic sets, hybrid and several technological styles such as Soft 2U, Soft 2Y, Luxe 5D, Fox Eye and Comic Lashes, plus Russian volume, wispy volume and mega volume. Appointments run from about 1.5 hours for classic sets to about 3 hours for mega volume. Refills are offered only when at least 40 percent of the extensions remain in good condition and no more than three weeks have passed since application. Otherwise the visit is treated as a new set. Extensions applied at another studio must be removed before a new application, and the studio does not refill sets it did not apply. Removing another studio's extensions takes about 30 minutes.

After a lash application, clients are asked to avoid water and steam for 24 hours, not to rub their eyes, and to avoid oil-based products on their extensions. Anyone with irritation, itching or unusual redness should contact the studio before using any product. According to the FAQ, extensions last 2 to 4 weeks depending on care and the natural lash cycle, and the studio recommends a refill every 2 to 3 weeks to keep the full look. The studio also offers training courses for beginners and working lash artists, covering classic and technological techniques, eye design, isolation, retention, materials and adhesives, common mistakes, and maintenance and removal, and the course page lists certification as part of the program.

Materials, from fibers to adhesive, are chosen with comfort, safety and results in mind, and applications are meant to be gentle on natural lashes.
