Eyelash extensions are the core of the business. Sets are built from individual silk strands, or 3D and 4D clusters, attached with professional-grade adhesive. A new set takes roughly 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on natural lash count and the look wanted, and a fill takes about an hour. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, and clients are asked to arrive with about half their lashes left. Clients who already wear extensions elsewhere book a New Client Fill so there is time to review their lashes and sign a waiver. New Client Fills and full sets require a credit card on file. Missed appointments without at least 48 hours notice carry a charge, and the business may fill the slot and charge a smaller moving fee instead.

Hair extension services include keratin fusion, which is bonded strand by strand with a protein bond, tape-ins, I-tips, and clip-ins. Only 100% human hair is used, sourced from several companies to match textures. Some services, including certain hair work, are booked by phone or text rather than online.

Beyond lashes and hair, the menu includes sugar waxing for the face and Brazilian area, with body sugar waxing quoted on request. Lash tinting, lash lifts and brow tinting are also offered, along with airbrush tanning in three service lengths. Saturday hours run from 10am to 3pm, and earlier or later appointments, and some weekend days, may be arranged on request.
