Alexa Does Esthetics LLC offers facial treatments, brow and face waxing, and lash services from two locations: one at 1901 North West Hwy, Suite 240 in Garland, and one at 406 Raymond Street in Farmersville.

Facials make up the core of the menu. They run from a 35-minute back facial to an 85-minute luxury facial that can include up to two enhancements and scalp, shoulder and facial massage. A teen facial is built around cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and breakouts. Custom facials can draw on hydrodermabrasion, high frequency, cold therapy, nano infusion and facial massage, with aromatherapy included in the 75-minute version. Cold therapy is a cooling add-on in the second and third tier facials. The Hydro-Radiance Facial uses the Zemits DermeLuxx hydrodermabrasion system and takes about 40 minutes.

New clients can start with a 70-minute New Client Facial and Consultation, which is for first-time clients only. Several facials ask new clients for a $40 to $50 deposit. Clients who are unsure what to book can choose a 60-minute facial designed for that situation. The Custom Corrective Korean Treatment pairs two treatments selected for the client's skin needs, and the Green Sea Peel is an acid-free resurfacing treatment using spicule technology that the salon describes as a modern alternative to microneedling.

Lash services include fills for sets with at least 40 to 50 percent of lashes remaining, a foreign fill for extensions originally applied by another artist, and classic, hybrid and volume new sets. Classic sets use one extension per natural lash, hybrid sets combine classic and volume techniques, and volume sets use lightweight lash fans on each natural lash.

Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full amount and may need prepayment for future bookings. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which appointments may be shortened or rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment, and payments are accepted on the booking page.
