The studio operates from a suite inside Pro Salon Suites on Winter Woods Boulevard in Winter Park, and bookings are handled through its own booking site under the ALEX.S.NAILS name. The menu is focused on nails: gel and acrylic work, extensions and toe services, with decorative add-ons available on top. Gel manicures start at $45 and take about 45 minutes or more. Apres Gel X extensions start at $70 and take about 90 minutes or more, and builder gel manicures start at $60. Acrylic overlays start at $60, full sets in one color start at $70, and fill-ins in the same color start at $60 and take about 140 minutes or more. Gel soak-off is $15 and takes about 40 minutes.

Toe services start at $40 for gel toes and reach $60 for acrylic on every toe, with options for big toes only and for refills in between. Individual add-ons include nail repair for $5, a two-nail design for $5, 3D nail art at $5 per nail, charms at $3 per nail, partial rhinestones at $5 per nail, full-nail rhinestones for $15 and an XL length for $20.

A one-to-one nail course is offered for $750 over about 360 minutes, with a $250 deposit required to book. Canceling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
