Owner and stylist Alex Lundquist works with each guest one-on-one, and she does not book other clients during a guest's appointment. Every visit begins with a consultation covering hair goals and hair history, so the color or cut can be shaped around the guest's lifestyle and personality.
The studio focuses on dimensional color that grows out softly for blondes, brunettes and redheads, along with balayage and personalized haircuts for straight, wavy or curly hair. Color services range from root touch-ups and all-over color to partial and full highlights or balayage, each finished with a blowout. New guests can book packages that combine a cut with color, highlights or a conditioning treatment, with time estimates listed from about 1.5 hours to 5 hours.
The space is set up for conversation, podcasts, working or simply relaxing during an appointment. Guests can enjoy a snack box and a beverage station with coffee from a Nespresso machine or cold drinks, and a relaxing head massage is offered for those who want quiet time. Appointments are booked online with an automatic text reminder beforehand. A 25% cancellation fee applies to no-shows, arrivals more than 15 minutes late, and cancellations within 48 hours. Cut or color concerns reported within 14 days are corrected at no additional charge, retail items can be exchanged for another retail item within 14 days, and guests who are feeling unwell are asked to reschedule.
