Brow services include the Brow Sculpt, which shapes with zinc wax, trims and tweezes, and includes a complimentary brow fill with Kelley Baker brow makeup; a tweeze-only option is also available. Brow tints come in a classic semi-permanent version lasting up to 4 weeks and a hybrid version lasting up to 7 weeks. Brow Lamination is priced from $112 to $167 and lasts up to 8 weeks, and it can be paired with a wax and tint. Lash Tint is a semi-permanent tint for natural lashes at $40. Lash Lift is priced from $122 to $152, lasts 6 to 8 weeks, and can include an optional blue-black lash stain.

Skin services use Eminence Organic Skin Care. The Customized Facial is a 60-minute treatment with exfoliation, extractions as needed, a targeted mask, serums, hydration and a massage of the face, neck and decolletage. The Dermaplaning Facial combines dermaplaning, which removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz, with a customized Eminence facial.

Booking is by appointment only, and a valid credit card secures every appointment. First appointments must be booked online through Vagaro. Consent forms must be completed beforehand, and clients should disclose recent treatments and medications. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have service shortened or need to be rebooked, with the full charge still applying. Services and retail products are final sale. Parking is in the back lot, and the studio is the second red door marked B on the left. Hours run weekdays with weekend openings on the 1st and 3rd of the month, and they may change.

The studio also trains beauty professionals. Options include a one-day in-person Lash Lift course, a one-day Brow Lamination course with wax and tint, and a two-day course covering both. Training is open to licensed estheticians, cosmetologists and beauty school students. An online ACB Lash Lift Masterclass offers pre-recorded lessons, PDF downloads and lifetime access.

Education is a core part of the business, alongside client services for brows and lashes.
