Hard gel work is a central part of the menu. The hard gel manicure, also called a Russian manicure, is a dry technique that uses e-file tools to refine the cuticles and nail folds. It includes nail shaping and trimming, an Akzentz hard gel overlay, Luxio gel color in the shade the client chooses, and up to four nail repairs. The studio says this manicure can last up to four weeks.

Nail extensions are sculpted over nail forms rather than tips, and begin with a Russian manicure preparation and an Akzentz hard gel build. The dry pedicure includes removal of old polish, disc technique heel exfoliation, nail shaping, cuticle care and Luxio by Akzentz gel polish. Hot towels, scrub and massage are not part of that pedicure, but the Spa add-on covers them.

Toenail restoration uses the German LCN Barefoot Silver Plus system and is offered as a cosmetic service. It does not treat or prevent fungal infections and cannot be performed on infected nails. Ingrown nail treatment and excessive callus removal are assessed for suitability first. Nails with signs of infection, open wounds or significant inflammation need a podiatrist's evaluation, and deep, bleeding cracks or open wounds on the feet need a healthcare professional's evaluation, before any cosmetic care.

Clients who are unsure what to book can message the owner before scheduling. Cancellations and reschedules are requested at least 48 hours ahead. Shorter notice may limit future booking availability, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may lead to loss of booking privileges or prepayment for later appointments.
