Alento Hair Co works on hair across several areas, from color and highlights to cuts, styling and longer treatments, plus brow and waxing services.

Options range from glazes and accent highlights to a balayage-style full highlight and glaze for natural-looking dimension, double process color for root and full-length work, and color correction for uneven or over-processed color, box dye, banding, patchy color and faded ends. Color correction may take several sessions. Creative color and color correction are priced by the hour with a stated starting price and require a consultation first.

Other services include a formaldehyde-free Cezanne Classic Smoothing treatment that smooths frizz and adds shine, a curly perm, and a Calecim Advanced Hair Treatment serum for thinning hair, which includes one application with the box. Extensions are offered in two or three rows, either without removal or with removal and reinstallation, and tinsel is available by the bundle or as a full row around the head.

The salon is open Tuesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 2 PM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
