Alchemy X Nails was launched in 2020 by Kenny, who owns the studio and does the nail artistry himself. Kenny has been doing nails since 2017 and has worked only in gel since 2020. The studio works by appointment only, and the calendar typically fills two to three weeks ahead.

When clients arrive they wash their hands at a station near the entrance, then text or call and wait outside for the artist to walk them in. Every service includes cuticle care and hot towels, and tools are sterilized between every client. Drinks may be brought to the appointment, and an extra guest is welcome with advance notice to the studio.

The nail art menu is tiered. New Client Alchemist ($118, 1 hour 15 minutes) and Alchemist ($138, 1 hour 45 minutes) cover solid color or French with a few nails of simple art, in hard gel or Gel X; the New Client tier does not include removing existing product, while removal is included for returning clients. Alchemy Hotties ($148, 2 hours 15 minutes) adds simple art on all ten nails, such as flames, aura, marble, and quartz, or a few detailed nails with the rest solid. Alchemy Angels ($158, 2 hours 30 minutes) offers detailed art on all ten nails, including character art, layering, and chrome, or a few crystal or 3D accent nails. Alchemy CHARMED ($168, 2 hours 45 minutes) has no set limit on time or detail for nail art.

Art beyond a tier's scope can be quoted by text after clients send inspiration photos before booking, with the difference paid on the day. Bookings are made through Square only, up to 30 days ahead, under the account of the person receiving the service. New clients should arrive with bare nails or add File/Soak Off to the booking. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours are charged in full.

Works only in hard gel and Gel X, and does not offer regular gel. For damaged or bitten nails, a structured gel overlay at natural length is offered and refreshed every two weeks, and clients are advised to have gel removed professionally rather than peeled off.
