Alchemy Lash Co. focuses on lash sets designed to enhance a client's natural look rather than overpower it. Each appointment is customized to suit the client's own features.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the total cost of the service. The remaining balance can be paid by Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, strip lash glue residue, or eye makeup. Heavy oils or creams around the eye area should be avoided beforehand, and caffeinated drinks are discouraged because the business says they can cause eye fluttering during the service.

Fill-ins are reserved for clients whose original full set was done by Alchemy Lash Co. Clients whose lashes were applied by another artist need to book a Foreign Fill and send clear photos of their current lashes before the appointment so they can be assessed.

Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes after their appointment time might be asked to rebook, and their deposit could be lost. Confirmation details and any additional instructions follow once a booking is made. Questions are answered by text message only.
