Every facial starts with a skincare consultation and is adjusted to the client's skin type and goals. For a first visit, the business suggests the Alchemy Signature facial. Facials can be made pregnancy friendly, while Vitamin Glow, Medical Upgrade and SkinBetter AfterGlow are not pregnancy friendly. Prices run from $5 for add-ons such as Cryo Globe Massage and Thermal Sculpting up to $200 for the DiamondGlow facial.
Injectable and medical services are overseen by medical director Michael R. Iannotti, MD, whom the site lists as board-certified in Family Medicine. In Colorado, medical services are delegated by him. Texas clients must review the SpaKinect policy before booking, because all medical services there require a consultation under Texas Medical Board rules. Alchemy uses SpaKinect, an aesthetic telehealth provider, for pre-appointment evaluations.
Each injection visit includes a consultation and client education before treatment. Toxin and Juvederm filler appointments are followed by a two-week check-in. The $50 toxin and lip filler consultation fees are non-refundable, but each is credited toward a service with the same therapist when used on the same day or at a later visit.
The membership costs $99 a month, and the full amount goes toward a service of the member's choice at any Alchemy location. Unused balance rolls over and does not expire. Payments renew automatically on the original purchase date and are charged to the card on file, and the membership can be paused after a three-month commitment a limited number of times per year. Members receive member pricing on facials, enhancements, Glow + Go, lash and brow services, toxins, B12 shots and select medical aesthetic services. Membership cannot be paid with a gift card or combined with other discounts. Payment plans through Cherry are also offered for skincare packages, injection treatments, medical aesthetic services and products.
The business says it listens to clients rather than selling to them, aims to enhance each person's natural look, and welcomes everyone. It favors skincare free of parabens and sulfates, with organic, natural, biodynamic and sustainable options where possible.
