Each visit is handled as a collaborative process with consultation and education included. New clients start with a free consultation to talk through their hair goals, routine, lifestyle and a custom plan. All Over Color is required for new clients, including those refreshing an existing color, and takes about two and a half hours. Booking is by appointment only, each stylist keeps a different schedule, and the online calendar shows availability for the next 30 days.

Color is the core of the salon. Custom color is charged hourly with a two-hour minimum and is offered in blocks from two to eight hours for vivid looks, color blocking and fully vivid or platinum results. Full dimensional blonding, partial dimensional blonding and root touch-ups are also available, along with gloss refreshes and a Vivid Refresh add-on. Haircuts range from an express dry cut to a curly cut that includes education and curl setting. Other services include blowouts, special event styling, perms on hair below shoulder length, and extensions.

Add-ons include a three-step K18 treatment, a color-locking treatment, a scalp treatment with tea tree oil, peppermint and lavender, a deep conditioning option, and clarifying treatments for product buildup and hard water.

Policies: a 48-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule, and a fee may apply for late cancellations, no-shows or arriving more than 20 minutes late. The salon has a zero refund policy, but clients who are not satisfied can request a complimentary adjustment within 1.5 weeks for color and perms or within one week for haircuts. Tipping is not expected. Children and guests may only come in when receiving a service, and arrangements can be made in advance.
