Haircuts are built on the classic geometric principles and cutting method associated with Vidal Sassoon, updated with current styling and shaped to each client's natural hair texture. Color appointments begin with a consultation to understand what the client wants, and the salon uses the Wella color line for full color transformations, balayage, and gray coverage.

Beyond client services, the salon teaches. Brush-up courses give working cosmetologists hands-on education in classic and modern haircutting, precision cutting, and professional color techniques. The Associate Stylist Program is a six-month course for beauty school graduates that covers classic Vidal Sassoon haircutting, coloring, updos, and make-up. Associates start taking client bookings right away, and they move up after presenting models for evaluation by a stylist, assessed on four models. Class night is held on Tuesdays from 5 to 8 p.m., and associates bring their own models, either mannequins or live models.

Hair extensions use Babe hair extensions, and eyelash extensions use Bella lash extensions, offered for volume or a classic look. Facials are treatments that cleanse, exfoliate, and refresh the skin.

Haircuts follow Vidal Sassoon-inspired geometric methods, with the goal of showing off each client's individual hair texture.
