The salon specializes in hair extensions, hair replacement and holistic hair health, with a particular emphasis on fine and thinning hair. Extensions and thinning solutions are chosen to match each client's natural color and texture. Hair replacement options are intended to make hair look fuller and cover thin areas, but they are not a treatment for medical causes of hair loss.

Visits are by appointment or phone consultation. Extension consultations, and free consultations for extension and thinning-hair solutions, require an appointment. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Parking is on Eberhard Street.

Beyond extensions, color and highlights start with Glaze from $60 and Base Break from $65, and run up to ombré or balayage from $185; most of these add $50 for style. Color correction is priced after consultation. Cuts start at $35 for kids under 10, $45 for men and $90 for women with style, and curly cuts from $175. Treatments include keratin and Wella Pro Smooth from $350, relaxers from $125, and perms priced on consultation.

Courses include an Extensions Masterclass for $299 (about six hours), Color Science and Balayage for $249 (about four hours), and Hair Loss Solutions for $199 (about three hours). Live sessions cost $49 or $79, and the academy states that more than 500 stylists have been trained.

The team reads each client's hair before recommending a plan, then pairs the client with an extension method that suits it.
