The business describes itself as a massage therapy and personal spa practice in Trussville. Its massage menu is organized by session length and purpose, from a one-hour medical massage to whole-body Swedish sessions, deeper-pressure work, a sports massage combining stretching and deep tissue techniques, and a lymphatic drainage session aimed at swelling. Prenatal massage is offered as well, and many massages can be extended with add-ons such as aromatherapy, cupping, hot stone, deep tissue or reflexology.

About

Elite sessions run either 1.5 hours, combining a 60-minute Swedish massage with a 30-minute therapeutic foot soak, or 2.5 hours, a VIP spa experience with a wind-down period, aromatherapy and a massage combination. Every Elite visit includes a robe, spa shoes, a choice of warm tea or sparkling cider, hors d'oeuvres and a foot soak served warm. VIP Couples retreats are available for two guests in 2.5-hour or 3.5-hour versions.

Facials can be booked alone or added to a retreat. The Luxurious facial includes skin analysis, purifying steam, extractions, a mask and facial massage. The Refreshing facial focuses on cleansing, a nourishing mask and hydration. The Soft and Smooth facial adds double cleansing, dermaplaning, serums matched to skin type and sunscreen. Standalone facials run 30 minutes or one hour, while the retreat add-on facials are 30-minute treatments given in the retreat room.

Wellness memberships are the AHH 60 Wellness Plan at $89 per month and the AHH 90 Wellness Plan at $109 per month. Both include a monthly massage, discounts on massages and a monthly therapeutic foot soak. Two packages of four massages each save $20: the Ahh Relax Package, made of 60-minute AHH Experience massages, and the Ahh Wellness Package, made of Healing Experience medical massages meant for weekly or biweekly care. Gift cards can be bought on the website. The business is open Monday from 10 am to 5 pm, Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and is closed on Sunday.

Describes its work as relaxation and healing, pairing massage with facials, foot soaks and private spa time.

Retreats happen in a private room, and Elite visits add robes, spa shoes and warm tea or sparkling cider.
