A first visit starts with a private consultation and a detailed skin analysis, after which the treatment plan is built around the client's skin. The spa describes every treatment as non-invasive. Facials run from a 30-minute express glow at $75 to a 90-minute rejuvenation ritual at $180, with the custom bespoke facial, signature glow facial and LED light therapy facial falling in between.
The technology menu includes chemical peels tailored to pigment, texture and tone, dermaplaning to remove dead skin and fine facial hair, HydraFacial cleansing, microcurrent toning of facial muscles, LED light therapy, and microneedling described as collagen induction therapy. The spa states its light and microcurrent devices are FDA-cleared Class II medical devices.
Memberships are billed monthly at $129, $229 or $399. Each tier adds facials, LED sessions, discounts on services and retail, and booking perks, with the top tier including an annual personalized plan. Members receive 10 to 20 percent off all services, and standard prices apply to everyone else.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by email, and the spa says it replies to booking emails within the same day. It notes that daily appointment availability is limited.
The salon states it has served more than 1,000 clients, has a 5-star average rating, has performed more than 12,500 treatments, reports 98 percent client retention, and has been featured in publications including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Allure and Elle. These are the spa's own claims.
Each visit begins with a private consultation and skin analysis, and treatments are planned around the individual's skin. The spa describes all of its treatments as non-invasive.
The space is described as a quiet room with soft light and warm textures.
