The business says it does not rush appointments. Each service lists an estimated time, from a 15-minute nail fix to a combined pedicure and full set of about two and a half hours. Shaped sets are any shape other than square, such as almond, coffin, ballerina or oval.

Prices are listed per service. Many full sets, fills and French options are priced by nail length, so the final cost can depend on the length chosen. Prices may change at the client's request on the day of service. A $10 surcharge applies to male pedicures, and soak off from another nail technician is $15. Full sets and pedicures do not include soak off or add-ons, so those must be added to the booking.

Booking rules are firm on timing. Clients should arrive no earlier than five minutes before their appointment, and children are not permitted. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice and are handled from the email confirmation. Same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a fee of 75% of the total service price, and same-day cancellations are neither rescheduled nor refunded. Appointments booked under someone else's name cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Fill-ins from other nail technicians are not accepted. Questions can be directed to 917-478-6618.
