New clients start with First Time Glow, a 90-minute visit with an in-depth consultation, a skin analysis, and a customized treatment, starting at $130. Returning clients usually book the Signature Glow maintenance facial, 75 minutes at $130. Clients who want a shorter visit can choose Dermaplane Express, a 45-minute treatment of double cleanse, dermaplaning, and hydrating SPF at $80, or step up to the Hydro Glow line, which ranges from the 75-minute Hydro Glow at $190 to the 90-minute Hydro Glow Deluxe at $240.

Memberships and packages let clients split treatments over several visits. The Glow Membership costs $115 a month and includes one maintenance session of the Signature Glow each month, designed for skin that breaks out easily, is sensitive or reactive, or has a weakened protective barrier. The Pearl Membership costs $160 a month and includes one corrective treatment each month, selected by the esthetician from options that may include Dermaplane Glow, Hydro Glow, Chemical Peel, or another modality. Member benefits for both memberships apply automatically at checkout when the booking is made through the services page. Three-treatment packages are offered for Dermaplane Glow, Hydro Glow Deluxe, and Microchanneling. The New Skin Commitment Package, priced at $530, is intended for clients starting a new skin care journey; its treatments follow a fixed sequence, scheduled four weeks apart.

The salon enforces its booking policies strictly. New clients place a $25 deposit that is non-refundable but counts toward the service total, and Microchanneling appointments require a $100 deposit that is also non-refundable. Intake forms must be filled out and signed no later than 12 hours before the visit. A same-day cancellation means the deposit is kept. Appointments can be rescheduled up to three times, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. A missed appointment becomes a no-show once a 10-minute grace period passes, and the card on file is charged 50% of the service price. Purchases cannot be refunded, though store credit can be applied to a product or another service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards may be applied to any service, and any balance left over is paid at the appointment.
