The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Curl-focused services include a customized cut with deep conditioning for naturally curly, coily or wavy hair, a Wash-N-Go that defines natural curl or wave pattern with custom products and techniques, and a Shampoo and Silk Press that temporarily straightens tight curls or coiled hair with hot tools and deep conditioning. For those who want lasting straightening, the salon offers a permanent wave, a relaxer for virgin hair, a relaxer retouch for new growth, and a protein keratin treatment for frizzy or flyaway hair.

Color options run from a new-growth retouch and an all-over color with no foils, through partial and full foil highlights, to a close-foil high-density application and hand-painted balayage on half the head. Color correction is priced by the hour with a four-hour minimum and is for changes of three levels or more. Extensions include tape-in options for the face frame or full head, plus removal services; extensions themselves are not supplied and must be preordered or ordered before the appointment.

The salon also offers brow tinting, soft-wax brow, lip and chin services, and a consultation for first-time clients that covers needs and goals before a service. A length retention consultation adds a haircare routine and product recommendations. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a fee of half the cost of the booked services, with emergencies reviewed case by case. Sales on products and services are final and no refunds are offered. Clients have seven days after the appointment to raise a concern about a service and ask for an assessment and possible redo.
